“I feel like a piece of meat!” with Allana Pratt

Oh dear, oh dear. Tired of feeling the eyes of men bear down on you? Allana Pratt has some advice that just might change the view.

 Question:

I am tired of feeling like a piece of meat. I go to the gym and men keep hitting on me and trying to pick me up. I am single so while I welcome the attention, this is not how I want to meet someone. Where are all of the nice guys? I’m done with the pigs.

Answer:

I hear you. You want to feel like a work of art, not a piece of meat. Couple of things…

1. Careful calling men pigs.

You will manifest your beliefs. Not all men are pigs. And I get that you don’t appreciate the way they are treating you at the gym, yet if Door #1 says, Men Are Pigs… that’s all you’ll find.

What if you closed that door and opened Door #2 with the belief “Men are noble and treat me like a work of art”? What if you started asking questions like: what would it take for me to meet all sorts of men today that treated me like a work of art? I wonder what you’d find…

2. Careful affirming that you’re a piece of meat!

Quite often, we women don’t know how to handle men’s attraction to us and we contract, get scared, and feel inferior or like an object. What if you breathed, opened and affirmed, Thank you. I am a Goddess. Thank you for noticing I’m a work of art. What if that is how you responded to them? What if you transformed their attention by how you were being, how you saw yourself?

3. I share in the video a story of me dancing.

It’s a simple process that will help you shift this experience. Bottom line, how we think of ourselves is generally how people treat us. A woman who loves her body, who has an open heart, who has self respect and shines her radiance on the world, tends to attract noble men who honor, respect and treat her like the goddess she is…

I have a book called How to Be and Stay Sexy with many more tips, tools and practices to help you attract the love and attention you deserve, being exactly who you are. I recommend you listen to that while on the treadmill and see the new results with men… Keep me posted!
