“What boundaries should I NOT cross with my ex?” with Allana Pratt

So you’re friends with your ex. Boundaries shmoundaries, right? Not if you (or your ex) want to find relationship happiness again.

Question: What boundaries should I NOT cross with my ex girlfriend?

Answer:

1. Don’t have sex with her again! If you really want to move on, sleeping with her will make things complicated (which means much, MUCH harder to move on).

2. Don’t take up valuable resources with your ex; instead, make room for another female to fill that spot. Let’s be honest, you’ve only got so much time, energy, money, etc to be open to a new romantic opportunity. If you keep talking to your ex and thinking about your ex (over and over and over), you’re not actually moving on. Instead, you’re re-connecting with her feminine energy (rather than a new love interest).

3. Don’t talk about your ex when you’re with your new sweetie! When the time finally comes (or maybe it already has!) to date someone new, don’t bring up your ex. Don’t hang with your ex, either.

If you’re done, you’re done. It’s time to cut the cords. Be grateful for all you learned, but move on to a new horizon!

If you’re totally stuck, if you’re having trouble cutting the ties, a great place to start is my Get Her to Say Yes Free Report; you can find it at GetHerToSayYes.com. It’ll help you let go of her being the source of your approval and become your OWN source of approval, instead.
