Mindful Moment #04 – Relax, Relax, Relax

Take a deep breath

THIS WEEK’S MINDFUL MOMENT: 

Wherever you may be – at work, at home, on the train… we invite you to take this present moment for yourself – and relax. Even for just the next few moments. 

Make yourself comfortable where you are: maybe straighten up your posture, or stretch those shoulders down and back.

Once you’ve reached a place of stillness, begin to place your awareness on your breath… In through the nose and out through the mouth. Again. Notice your body breathing. In, and out.

Breathe.

With your next out-breath, see if you can relax the crown of your head. Then your eyes – just let them fall into place. Relax the jaw, breathing deeply into this moment.

Breathe.

You are… ok. You are enough. Relax into the possibility that everything is happening in its own time – working for your benefit.

Breathe in love, breathe out hope. 

As we end – notice any gratitude you have for taking that moment aside, for you.
