Breakups are hard enough without the weight of lost friendship, too. But that’s just the heavy tale our dearest Allana Pratt takes on in this week’s video.
Question: I am constantly surrounded by friends and family; however, I have never felt so alone. My boyfriend of three years left me for my best friend. The two most important people in my life—gone at the same time. How do you bounce back from that? Will I ever learn to trust again?
Answer:
Wow, my sister, this is intense. You must be a big damn soul to take on THIS lesson. Thus, if you’re experiencing it, you can handle it, and that in no way means you have to be perfect! See if you can love yourself even though you feel alone.
It’s such an invitation to not let outside circumstances determine your worth or happiness.
It’s such an invitation to allow life, to see that life is unfair and yet no one can take away your choice to keep going and be happy.
It’s SUCH an invitation to grow deeper roots and higher shoots, and to trust the Universe is there having your back no matter what life looks like.
May I be direct, beautiful? This is something that reading a book isn’t going to heal in totality. You are surrounded by people and feel alone. This is deep inner work and anyone who has dealt with this kind of betrayal requires a solid tender landing upon which to surrender and heal.
I would be honored to be that for you. Let’s see if we’re a match by connecting in a complementary strategy session. Email my [email protected] and say who you are. This could very well be the most exquisite time of personal growth, healing and blossoming of your life to date.
Looking forward to hearing your voice, deliciously, tenderly, potently,
Allana xoxo
